Luxe 6 slaapkamer villa aan het strand met een verwarmd zwembad en 250m2 aan terrassen met uitzicht op zee in Mirca op het eiland Brac.
Deze villa is onze beste en meest luxe, bekroonde villa in het rustige Mirca, dicht bij Supetar, de centrale stad van het eiland Brac, Kroatië. De villa is gelegen op slechts enkele meters van het strand en met ruime buitenruimtes met prachtig uitzicht op de zee en het vasteland. 320 m² aan interieur zijn ingericht met designmeubels. De villa is geschikt voor maximaal 13 gasten en bestaat uit een 4 slaapkamer hoofdgebouw en 2 slaapkamer bijgebouw.
Op de begane grond van het hoofdgebouw zijn 3 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer, elk met een eigen klein terras, extra toilet met een wasserette, ruime woonkamer met TV en open haard, eetkamer en centraal gelegen grote keuken met een lange bar. Master slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping van het hoofdgebouw is de grootste slaapkamer in de villa. Naast de kamer is een grote badkamer met douche en jacuzzi voor twee personen. De slaapkamer heeft directe toegang tot een enorm terras met een fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en zonsondergangen. Het gast bijgebouw en het hoofdgebouw zijn gewoon naast elkaar en zijn verbonden met veranda's en terrassen. Het bijgebouw bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een extra kleinere keuken.
De aan zee zijde gelegen buitenruimte beschikt over een grote veranda op stenen pilaren, en brengt schaduw over de eettafel voor 14, een houten zwembad dek met een aantal ligbedden en 24m² verwarmd infinity zwembad. De villa is omgeven met tuinen en gazons en heeft directe toegang tot een klein kiezelstrand. Het pad dat leidt naar het strand loopt tussen een kleine wijngaard en een tuin met biologisch fruit, groenten en een verscheidenheid aan mediterrane kruiden.
De villa is volledig onderhouden en dagelijkse schoonmaakservice en conciërge op aanvraag zijn inbegrepen in de prijs!

Gasten van alle leeftijden zijn van harte welkom in de villa! Voor kleuters bieden we kinderwiegjes / bedjes, kinderstoelen en verschoonkussen vrij van extra kosten. Oudere kinderen zullen hier kunnen genieten van de ruimte en de vrijheid, het zwembad, terrassen en tuinen, grote gazon perfect voor spel en sport en het strand op een steenworp afstand. We hebben ervoor gezorgd dat er genoeg dingen te doen zijn, zelfs OFFLINE:

Arriving by plane:
SPLIT AIRPORT (SPU): www.split-airport.hr
Split airport on the mainland is well connected with most of the major European airports, in summer with direct flights. Low cost companies EASY JET, GERMAN WINGS, Wizzair, JET2com, NORWEGIAN, Vueling, Transavia also fly to Split.
SPLIT AIRPORT TRANSFER TIMES: from 1h45min by car/minibus (via ferry); 45 minutes by private speed boat or motor yacht
AIRPORT BRAČ: small airport on our island, 30 km from the villa. In summer it is connected with Malmoe, Leipzig and Düsseldorf by Express Airlines flights and with Zagreb by Croatian Airlines. It can also be used for charters and private planes.
OTHER AIRPORTS: Zadar airport is also not far, some 1h35min drive from Split ferry port. It is Croatia's RYANAIR base connecting Dalmatia and 16 European cities on low cost direct flights. Dubrovnik airport is 3h30min drive from Split.
AIRPORT TRANSFER OPTIONS:
1. Directly from the airport to a pier in front of the villa by private speedboat (30 minutes).
2. Transfer by minibus all the way from the airport to the villa (via ferry)
3. Minibus transfer from the Split airport to the Split ferry port (30 minutes) +ferry from Split to Supetar (50 minutes) + taxi to the villa (10 minutes)
Arriving by car:
Highway A1 to Split + Ferry from Split to Supetar
When arriving by car, use Croatian A1 HIGHWAY and exit at Split - Dugopolje. From the exit continue some 20 km to Split ferry port on road D1, D8 and Poljička cesta - on entrance to Split just follow the signs for the ferry port (croatian: "TRAJEKT")!
Ferries from Split to Supetar go from early morning to late night, 14 times a day in high season and 9 times a day in lower season. Journey time is some 50 minutes.

Beschrijving van de omgeving
De villa is gelegen op slechts enkele meters van het strand in het dorpje Mirca, 3 km ten westen van Supetar, de grootste stad op het eiland Brac en de haven voor de veerboten verbinden het eiland met de stad Split. Ondanks dat de villa makkelijk te bereiken is en dicht bij de steden ligt, is Mirca rustig en zorgeloos.
Er is een kleine haven voor de lokale vissersboten met een steiger en paar prachtige kiezelstranden. Alle voorzieningen zijn op wandelafstand. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant en café zijn slechts 2 minuten lopen van de villa, maar er zijn ook andere grote restaurants in de omgeving welke de villa manager kan aanbevelen en ze zijn allemaal tussen de 5 en 15 minuten rijden met de auto of taxi.
De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 10 minuten lopen van de villa, in het traditionele oude centrum van Mirca welke nog steeds de authentieke eiland dorp architectuur uitademt met stenen huizen en smalle straatjes. De natuur rondom Mirca, met vele paden door olijfgaarden en dennenbossen, is een paradijs voor hardlopers, wandelaars en fietsers van alle fitness niveaus.

Voorwaarden
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. and CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 10 A.M. CET.
No early check-in or late checkout is possible, unless with written approval given by the Owner.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please inform us about your approximate arrival time beforehand. In case of any unexpected changes or delays please call us and inform about new expected arrival time.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 Euros, cash or credit card.
At the arrival to the property, the 500 Euros security deposit must be provided in cash or online credit card authorization to the Owner to cover any damages or breakages caused by guests. The amount is returned at check out, after the inspection of the villa. In case of damages/breakages or unpaid additional services, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. If necessary, the Owner reserves the right to claim compensation for costs over and above the sum of the security deposit. Faults in the villa which are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Owner immediately.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: On the day of the arrival guests must provide the Owner with valid travel documents of every member of the party including children. Owner will register all guests according to local laws and regulations and return the documents the next day.
DEPARTURE:
At the end of the rental period the guests must vacate the property and return the keys to the Owner. The property should be left in similar condition to that in which it was found. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning costs are possible in extreme cases or in case of dirtiness which is not a product of normal/usual usage.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests is limited to 12 persons including children. Use of the property for commercial purposes, as well as organization of a private function (e.g. party, wedding, cocktail party) at the property, must be agreed upon with the Owner in advance.
Additional charges and/or increased security deposit may be requested.
PETS:
Pets are not permitted in rental property except with written approval given by the Owner before the booking is confirmed.
INCLUSIVE FEES:
Rates include housekeeping service every day, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, unlimited use of wireless internet at the villa. Amenity fees are also included in the rental rate. Linens and bath towels are included in the property. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the villa.
HOUSE RULES:
The guests agree to follow the house rules provided in the property.
VILLA MANAGER/CONCIERGE:
During the rental period the guests will be provided with a cell phone number of a Villa manager who will be available to the guests in case of emergency or if any other problem occurs. Villa manager will give to the guests all information about the thingsto see and do in
the destination to her best knowledge and recommend additional services (e.g. massage treatments in the villa, airport transfers, private excursions, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, sport experiences etc) provided by local agencies and other local providers. However, neither the Owner nor the Villa manager will be responsible for the execution of the services provided by other parties or have any liabilities which are subsequent to the relationships between the guests and other service providers.
