Aanbevolen in de Sunday Times: Traditionele Dalmatische stenen villa uit de 19e eeuw, onlangs gerenoveerd tot een villa met zwembad voor 6 tot 8 personen met 3 slaapkamers - waar u het rustige eiland leven kan ervaren, luxueus uitgerust en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het zee en prachtige strand!
De villa is gelegen in het oude centrum van het dorp Mirca, ideaal voor gezinnen op zoek naar ontspanning en rust in een authentieke eiland locatie.
De villa bestaat uit iets meer dan 120 vierkante meter aan interieur. Op de begane grond is een volledig uitgeruste keuken, eetkamer en een lounge met houten balken, een open haard, TV en een slaapbank, waar nog 2 gasten kunnen slapen. Ernaast is een extra toilet / gastentoilet en een kleine wasruimte met wasmachine.
De master slaapkamer is ook op de begane grond. De kamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met bad en douche. Vanuit de master bedroom leiden Franse deuren naar een mooi terras aan de achterkant van het huis met koffie tafel en stoelen en een kleine tuin met mediterrane kruiden en oude citroenboom.
Op de eerste verdieping leidt een grote trap vanuit de woonkamer (traditionele stenen trap) aan de buitenkant. De eerste verdieping bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers, een met een tweepersoonsbed en een met twee eenpersoonsbedden, en een familie badkamer met twee wastafels en een bad. Nog een badkamer met douche is naast de patio.
Aan de voorzijde van de villa is een zwembad met een hydro massage-functie en aantrekkelijke buiten eethoek met BBQ, bedekt met de authentieke stenen dak, dat is traditioneel in de oude Dalmatische landelijke architectuur. Naast het zwembad is een houten zonnedek met 6 ligstoelen en een kleine tuin met een oude olijfboom.
Een zonnedek is gepositioneerd om van het beste uitzicht op de zee en de Dalmatische kust in de buurt van Split te kunnen genieten. Beneden, op straat niveau, is een omheinde parkeerplaats. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand ligt op slechts 800 meter van de villa en de nabijgelegen levendige stad Supetar met zijn cafés, bars, restaurants en winkels ligt op 10 minuten rijden.

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. and CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 10 A.M. CET.
No early check-in or late checkout is possible, unless with written approval given by the Owner.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please inform us about your approximate arrival time beforehand. In case of any unexpected changes or delays please call us and inform about new expected arrival time.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300 Euros, cash or credit card.
At the arrival to the property, the 300 Euros security deposit must be provided in cash or online credit card authorization to the Owner to cover any damages or breakages caused by guests. The amount is returned at check out, after the inspection of the villa. In case of damages/breakages or unpaid additional services, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. If necessary, the Owner reserves the right to claim compensation for costs over and above the sum of the security deposit. Faults in the villa which are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Owner immediately.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: On the day of the arrival guests must provide the Owner with valid travel documents of every member of the party including children. Owner will register all guests according to local laws and regulations and return the documents the next day.
DEPARTURE:
At the end of the rental period the guests must vacate the property and return the keys to the Owner. The property should be left in similar condition to that in which it was found. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning costs are possible in extreme cases or in case of dirtiness which is not a product of normal/usual usage.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons including children. Use of the property for commercial purposes, as well as organization of a private function (e.g. party, wedding, cocktail party) at the property, must be agreed upon with the Owner in advance.
Additional charges and/or increased security deposit may be requested.
PETS:
Pets are not permitted in rental property except with written approval given by the Owner before the booking is confirmed.
INCLUSIVE FEES:
Rates include housekeeping service every day, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, unlimited use of wireless internet at the villa. Amenity fees are also included in the rental rate. Linens and bath towels are included in the property. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the villa.
HOUSE RULES:
The guests agree to follow the house rules provided in the property.
VILLA MANAGER/CONCIERGE:
During the rental period the guests will be provided with a cell phone number of a Villa manager who will be available to the guests in case of emergency or if any other problem occurs. Villa manager will give to the guests all information about the thingsto see and do in
the destination to her best knowledge and recommend additional services (e.g. massage treatments in the villa, airport transfers, private excursions, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, sport experiences etc) provided by local agencies and other local providers. However, neither the Owner nor the Villa manager will be responsible for the execution of the services provided by other parties or have any liabilities which are subsequent to the relationships between the guests and other service providers.
