Deze luxe villa is gelegen in de baai van Puntinak op 3 km van het centrum van de steden Selca en Sumartin op het eiland Brac. De villa biedt een spectaculair uitzicht over de baai en ligt op slechts 2 meter afstand van de Adriatische Zee.
De villa is geschikt voor maximaal 8 + 1 gasten in 4 luxe ingerichte slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. De villa bestaat uit begane grond, eerste en tweede verdieping.
De villa heeft 4 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, 1 toilet, en een buitendouche, zwembad, jacuzzi, buitenhaard, tal van terrassen, wijnkelder, en is een ideale accommodatie voor 8 (+1) personen.
In de loungeruimte in de buitenlucht kunt u ontspannen op de ligstoelen naast het verwarmde zwembad en de hot tub, terwijl u geniet van de zon. Er is ook een zomerkeuken met open haard.
Op de begane grond van de villa is er een open woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eetkamer en een wijnkelder met airconditioning. Verder bevinden zich op de begane grond een wasruimte en een studeerkamer.
Op de eerste verdieping van de villa zijn 2 en-suite badkamers en een tv-kamer met een extra bed te vinden. Beide kamers zijn voorzien van tweepersoonsbedden en en-suite badkamers met douche en kleedkamer. Ook hebben beide slaapkamers met eigen badkamer toegang tot een terras met uitzicht op zee. Als extra bonus bevindt zich op deze verdieping een badkamer met douche en jacuzzi.
Op de tweede verdieping zijn er nog 2 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer.
De villa is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en heeft een lcd-satelliet-tv, dvd-speler, muziek en luidsprekers in het huis, yogamatten, 3 fietsen, een speelkamer, 2 kajaks, een speelkamer met een slaapbank voor 1 gast, een kleine boot, 2 SUP-boards en 3 parkeerplaatsen voor de gasten van de villa.
