Deze moderne, luxe villa aan het strand is prachtig ontworpen en een perfecte keuze voor uw ontspannende vakantie deze zomer. De villa ligt op 445 vierkante meter, aan het strand (slechts 2 m van de Adriatische Zee!), Met een buitenzwembad, een barbecue en een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De villa is geschikt voor maximaal 14 gasten in 7 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer.
Het pand is in 2019 gerenoveerd volgens hoge normen en is elegant ingericht. Van de open keuken en leefruimte tot de ruime ligweide, er is genoeg ruimte voor het hele gezin of een groep vrienden om van te genieten. De woning bestaat uit het souterrain, begane grond met mezzanine en de eerste verdieping.
In het souterrain van de villa bevinden zich faciliteiten zoals de wasruimte, kitchenette, wijnkelder, een slaapkamer met en-suite badkamer. De genoemde slaapkamer biedt uitstekende privacy en fantastisch comfort.
Op de tussenverdieping bevinden zich twee slaapkamers, waaronder een master bedroom met en-suite badkamer. Twee aparte eenpersoonsbedden bevinden zich in een andere en-suite slaapkamer en een charmant terras. Op dit niveau is er ook een ruime woonkamer en een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eetkamer. Een garage is ook op hetzelfde niveau.
Op de eerste verdieping van de villa bevinden zich vier moderne slaapkamers met en-suite badkamers.
