Begane grond
Luchtig en ruim, het interieur van de villa is een unieke en luxe ervaring. De entreehal is de centrale ruimte op de begane grond en doet ook dienst als comfortabele lounge met voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen. Aan de rechterkant van de foyer zijn er twee grote tweepersoonsslaapkamers met en-suite badkamers.
Beide slaapkamers zijn stijlvol ingericht met grote open ruimtes en unieke kwaliteiten voor elk. Een van de slaapkamers heeft een uitgang die rechtstreeks naar de tuinen gaat, terwijl de andere een bank vasthoudt in de bogen die oorspronkelijk een ingang voor boten was. Eveneens op de begane grond vind je een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.
Wanneer u vanuit de foyer linksaf slaat, komt u door een volledig uitgeruste professionele keuken en een bargedeelte met een groot open gebiedsconcept. Een andere woonkamer is de thuisbasis van een huiselijke open haard en een indrukwekkende eethoek die comfortabel plaats biedt aan 16 personen aan de stenen tafel.
Sla linksaf vanuit de foyer en passeer de volledig uitgeruste professionele keuken, een grote, open ruimte met tufstenen plafonds en stenen vloeren en muren met een modern uitgeruste bar, een gezellige woonkamer met open haard en een indrukwekkende eethoek, gedomineerd door de massieve tafel uit één stuk van hout en steen, geschikt voor 16 personen.
Eerste verdieping
De eerste verdieping bestaat uit 4 luxe suites, verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. Ze zijn georganiseerd volgens hetzelfde concept; comfortabele zithoek, grote moderne badkamer met inloopdouche en vloerverwarming die allemaal naar boven leidt naar een mooie slaapkamer en een kingsize bed. Elke suite is standaard voorzien van een tv, een kluisje en toiletartikelen.
De bibliotheek in Villa Luciana, voorheen een salon, is een luchtige ruimte vol licht, met hoge plafonds, grote ramen en dubbele deuren naar een van de twee terrassen. De terrassen kijken uit over de baai van Zaton, zijn pieren en boten, waardoor het de perfecte plek is voor een glas wijn bij zonsondergang in een idyllische omgeving.
Buitenshuis
Volledig afgezonderd door hoge stenen muren, omgeven mediterrane terrasvormige tuinen de villa met de geur van traditioneel Kroatisch groen zoals lavendel, citrus en olijven. Verse kruiden kunnen uit de kruidentuin worden geplukt om op de buitengrill te gebruiken terwijl u kookt in de eethoek buiten.
