Het Villa-complex is gelegen in de stad Hvar op het eiland Hvar, in de omgeving van Burag. Het is gelegen in de historische kern - het centrum van de stad, op slechts 20 meter van de zee en de belangrijkste boulevard.
Het is een complex van 450m² op drie verdiepingen, 5 slaapkamers met badkamers, een grote woonkamer met een bibliotheek en open haard, keuken en eetkamer. De laagste verdieping biedt ruimte aan wellness faciliteiten (sauna, jacuzzi, massage kamer) en een wijnkelder.
Naast het huis is er een grote 200m² tuin met mediterrane vegetatie - citroenen, sinaasappelen, vijgen, lavendel, rozemarijn ... en in het oude gotische huis, dat een integraal deel uitmaakt van de tuin, is er een verwarmd 6 × 4 zwembad Dat kan worden omgezet van een overdekt zwembad naar een buitenzwembad door het dak te openen.
Barokke woning
De hoofdingang met trap en de watertank bevinden zich op de begane grond. De woonkamer (45m²) met balkondeur, twee tweepersoonskamers (27m² en 20m²) - elk met badkamer, hal, toilet en keuken met eetkamer (35m²) en balkondeur naar de binnenplaats bevinden zich op de verhoogde eerste verdieping .
De tuin van 200m² is omringd door een stenen muur die ruim twee meter hoog is. Het is bedekt met mediterrane vegetatie (citroenen, sinaasappelen, vijgen, lavendel ...). Er is ook een eettafel voor 10 personen, evenals tuinmeubelen met ligstoelen bij het zwembad.
Er zijn een hal en drie tweepersoonskamers (50m², 36m² en 25m²) op de eerste verdieping - elk met eigen badkamer.
Middeleeuws (Gotisch) Huis
Het is verbonden met het barokke paleis op de begane grond. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u een overdekt zwembad (ca. 25m²) met bewegende muren die u kunt openen, waardoor het zwembad wordt omgezet in een buitenzwembad dat verbonden is met de tuin.
De laagste verdieping (40m²) herbergt de wellnessfaciliteiten (sauna, whirlpool, ontspanningsruimte, massageruimte, douche, toilet en een kleine trim).
Hierbij is een wijnkelder met een selectie van eerste klas Kroatische en buitenlandse wijnen.
