Tar and Vabriga, once two villages, now make up one municipality with one side facing the sea, the other the fertile Istrian interior. The nearest beach "Santa Marina" is only 800 m away, while within 100m are numerous restaurants and shops. Poreč and Novigrad are only 5 km away.
