Nice place, loved the view and the house

It is a very nice house, spacious, well equipped and very clean, on a very quiet beautiful spot. The view from the garden is wonderful! There are 5 good double rooms (two with twin beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower. There is one smaller room with a smaller single bed on the ground floor. There is a lot of extra space in the whole house - even with 10 persons you will not be in each others way.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom (without shower) suited for a disable person. There is a shop in the village which sells all the basics- a walk of about 15 minutes. At about 8 kilometers (in Fabro) there is a good supermarket for all shopping. Simona, living in the neighbourhood, answered immediately any questions or solved immediately (minor) technical problems - so service was excellent. The garden is not really suited for small children.

The villa was perfect! Very secluded villa, only accesible via a short gravel road, perfect view over Southern Tuscany. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We were a group of friends who wanted to spend time in Tuscany during the time of the olive harvest. We were even allowed to help one day with a farmer and then all together tried the oil. It was a very nice experience and a great taste! In the cozy house, we made ourselves comfortable in the evening in front of the large fireplace. Just as we imagined. We recommend!

We were a group of friends and this Villa was fantastic!! It exceeded our expectations. The photos represent the villa perfectly. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was situated very well for day trips to San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vingone, Orvieto etc. Save time to enjoy this property: one week is not enough!
