There are four deluxe bedrooms with kingsize double bed, one additional bedroom with two beds, one available baby crib, and two Cot for infants, three luxurious bathrooms, one shower on the terrace, kitchen with top quality refrigerator, wine refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, Illy coffee machine, elevator entering directly into the apartment, two parking spaces, video surveillance, alarm, terrace overlooking the sea and the city.

House rules

• On the day of arrival the guests have to give to the staff of the Apartments their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents have to be returned within 24 hours, except the document of the person who made the booking. This document will be returned on the check out date.

• Partying in apartment and bringing other guests to the apartment is not allowed without permision of the Apartments manager.

• Loud music in apartment is not allowed (after 8pm). Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests of the Apartments.

• Please take care of the apartment. The guest who causes damage to the Apartments property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage. The amount of the damage has to be paid before departure.

• The Apartments’ accessories (towels, pillows, blankets, etc) are not allowed to be taken out of the apartment. It is not allowed to use towels provided by the apartments to take them to the beach, or to clean shoes, floor, tables, etc. If you need additional cleaning material, please ask the staff to provide it. If you need towels for the beach, they can be rented for 10 euro per piece for all time of your stay in the Apartments.

• We kindly ask you to turn off the air condition and lights when leaving the room.

• We kindly ask you to keep you apartment clean. The accommodation is not a hotel that provides 24 hours cleaning service. If you need anything (fresh towels or sheets, etc.), please ask the staff of the Apartments.

• Please report the loss of the key of your apartment immediately to the staff of the Apartments.

• Please immediately inform the staff of any defects or faults in the apartment or possible dissatisfaction with the service.

• On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 14:00. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.

• The manager of the Apartments can cancel the service and accommodation for the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, regardless the shorter stay.
