In accordance with the models of Istrian autochthonous architecture, surrounded by Istrian oak trees, a cottage made of stone from the nearby quarries was built in the early seventies of the last century and completely restored in 2013.
The main building, which is situated on a large terrace, has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The stone cottage is surrounded by a large paved terrace where, at any time of the day, you can find shade, relax and enjoy your meals and drinks. For warmer days, on the north side of the terrace and next to the stone cottage, there is a summer kitchen in a detached building with large open fireplace. A few steps below the main terrace, there is a spacious 30m2 heated pool with an attached wooden terrace, deck chairs and a view of the bay.
The house offers four people a very comfortable stay. There is a living room with the dining area, and an area where you can relax reading a book, watching TV, or use a Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms and are equipped with heating and air conditioning devices. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Besides the complete comfort, the owners will gladly offer their own selection of wine, as well as extra virgin olive oil from nearby vineyards and olive groves.
For guests who love the sea over the pool, a few minutes walk along the coast to the south there are pebble stone and rocky beaches. The next-door neighbors are lush greenery of the local vegetation, the blue sea at Krnica port, the birdsong and tireless crickets. For a true gastronomic experience the surrounding area offers some excellent inns but also active vacation with diving school, a trip with experienced horses or well-known Istrian cultural events and performances.
