The domain is completely walled and only accessible via the entrance gate with intercom. From the villa you have a wonderful view from the terrace on the lake of La Vinuella and the sea in the distance. Malaga is located at a distance of 55 kilometers, an hour's drive. If you prefer the shortest route to the beach, drive to Torre del Mar, at a distance of 30 Km. The wonderful lake of La Vinuella is even less than a fifteen minute drive away.

There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious sitting room with dining room, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious terrace for a breakfast with a beautiful view. Space for 6 people and a cot are at your disposal. Watch TV via satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning both cold and hot is provided in all areas. For the colder winter months, the sitting room has a built-in fireplace with free wood.

Of course you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool of 5 by 9 meters with outdoor shower, to cool off during the hot summers. Also enjoy our beautifully kept garden. Very spacious terrace around the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

A garage and parking space for the villa is also available.

The villa is equipped with bed linen, bath linen, all electrical appliances in the fully equipped kitchen such as a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc ...

There is also an outdoor barbecue available for you for an intimate dinner or a nice feast together with friends. Pool toys for your children are also provided. A washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board is also present.

Neighborhood

Mondrón is a small, typical Andalucian village found in the mountain ridges to the north east of Malaga, 610 meters above sea level. It is located about 60 km from Malaga and 30 km from the coastal city of Torre del Mar. The village is surrounded by a dramatic mountain scenery and has a new urbanization zone built with free-standing modern villas. The nearest town is Periana, which is a 2,5 km drive from Mondrón on the road to the Riogordo.

On the mountain sides and the fields around Mondrón you will find olive groves, citrus plantations and date orchards. Despite being a small village, Mondrón has a suprising amount of comforts, including two supermarkets and a handful of excellent bars and restaurants.

The main source of revenues are the crops around the village, which are typical for this region. Particularly the delightful olive oil.

The olive oil “extra virgen” produced in the region is among the best in Andalucia. In the small cooperative of San José Artesano of Mondrón you can visit the olive oil presses and discover the quality of this delicacy.

Reservation conditions:

An advance of 25% of the total rent must be paid upon reservation.
The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before departure.
A deposit of 250, - € must also be paid simultaneously with the remaining balance.
If the reservation is made less than 4 weeks before departure, the above amounts must be paid immediately.
If one of the above points is not met, the reservation will be canceled.
The refund of the deposit will be made 14 days after the rental period, on condition that no damage or other shortcomings have been detected, such as excessive energy and water consumption.
If canceled 4 weeks before departure, the deposit will be retained.
If canceled less than 4 weeks before departure, only half of the sum will be refunded.
