Gorgeous views! The villa is set way up on the mountain top, so not for the faint of heart! Steep drive and road getting to it; also, a bit tricky to find - especially in the dark. But worth the drive!! Lovely interior and exterior, lots of closets, washer, and well stocked and easy walk to VERY nice restaurant. Need the car to get to other shopping/ restaurants/ beach. Pool was nice, but unheated, so too cool in Sept to swim. 5/5

Beautiful property! Stunning views! All the modern efficiencies and comfortable beds. We had some issues with the hot water but the owner responded immediately to fix the problem. We would stay here again! Our favorite place on our Greek Holiday!

We were nine people who rented the villa at the end of June 2019 and stayed for eleven nights. We were four adults and five young people between the ages of 13 and 17. We had a fantastic experience. The house is even finer than the pictures. The view from the house is magical.

The tavern, located five minutes away, serves incredibly good food and they are so helpful and pleasant. Tzalal and Lida were nice and accommodating hosts. It is closest to the beach Mades and you can walk there through the gorge at the tavern. You can also walk down to the beach of Ligaria. It became our favorite beach. The only problem is that we have lazy young people, which meant that they could not go down to the beaches or at least not back up. We adults saw it as good exercise.

When it comes to the house, there are many places to be in and all equipment is in good condition. Sitting on the balcony and taking a morning coffee and looking out over the sea and the mountains is a memory image to carry with you when the fall comes. We really recommend this villa. Thanks!

Definitely would return. Small gated complex of three houses with magnificent view of the sea. Property very well maintained and clean.

The villa: beautiful, spacious, clean!, everything you need. You will not need to leave the villa it is a vacation within itself. Can easily accommodate a group of 15. Had at least 3 separate balconies, two terraces, and 4 separate areas to chill outside. The living room is huge the dinning room table could accommodate up to 8 people with an extra table in the kitchen. Also out side has an eating table which could sit 8. The pool was a perfect touch over seeing the ocean. Everything was clean. Upstairs had the living area with a perfect kitchen, gas stove top with 4 burners and an electric top with 2. The bed rooms were spacious with a lot of storage space in each room. Bedrooms are downstairs which is a very nice touch each room having a sliding glass door leading to separate terrace areas. The villa was nice!!!! Can say enough.

Location: view wise you are not going to get a better view. It's beautiful. If you are going just to vacation at the villa you don't need a car. The villa is a good distance from the beach. Not walkable. They have a tavern with a mini mart to buy things about a 10 min walk away but coming back is a steep hill. To get anywhere is 15 euro by taxi 35 euro to Heraklion. I rented a quad and was able to get everywhere I needed to. Quads are 40 euros a day.

Hospitality: lida and her dad were very helpful, they are usually around from the morning till about 3. The first day he took us to the market to buy food and brought us back and would not accept any cash. They are very helpful. If you rent a car do not go through rental cars .com they did not have the automatic we requested and also wanted a 900 euro deposit or he stated he would take 200 cash. Seemed fishy so I just canceled the entire booking. They have many places you can go to when u land and do face to face to get a rental car
This villa is amazing definitely booking again. And getting quads for transportation again

We had a fantastic stay at villa diana. The property is as amazing as in the pictures and the service and warmth of our hosts Cilos and Lida and extra surprise.
The views are amazing, you have nice beaches 5/10 minutes driving and Agia Pellagia is a very cute sea town.
Totally recommended!

Belle villa, confortable, bien située avec prestations de qualité.
Les employés de la villa ont été très efficaces aussi bien lors de la remise des clefs que quand l'alarme s'est déclenchée. Très gentils et réactifs.
Par contre trop peu de matériel pour cuisiner (manque cuillères en bois, mixeur, essoreuse à salade) et trop juste en verres et couverts.
Le papier toilette n'a pas été renouvelé, mais peut-être était-ce à nous de le demander.
