This house was amazing, the views were spectacular. Lira and her dad the owners of the home were so helpful. They gave us a lot of tips on the area. They helped organise the car hire to move around. If I am in Crete again I would definitely love to stay here again
Not much else to say than Perfect! Fantastic views, everything in house worked well. Beach near was beautiful. Great food at great prices near. Family that owns the house was helpful and friendly.
We were a group of eight adults and one baby. The four bedrooms are very well presented and have the added bonus of air conditioning, as does the rest of the villa. There was plenty of storage space in all of the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms open onto the terrace with the fourth being at the back of the villa. The fourth bedroom appeared somewhat dark as it only had one window which was above head height so does not benefit from the panoramic views enjoyed from the other three bedrooms.
The main indoor living space is situated on the first floor. It took us a while to get used to going upstairs, from the outside eating terrace which is on the ground floor, to get drinks and food but its only one flight of stairs and good exercise on what was otherwise a very lazy holiday! Access to the terrace and pool is either via the bedrooms or out through the front door and around the side of the building which means walking down a reasonable steep slope so we stuck with walking through one of the bedrooms.
There is a staff office just up the hill from the villa and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. If you need anything they will go out of their way to help you to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. The grounds to the villa are kept very clean, with the cleaner coming most days to wash the patio areas. Bed linen was also changed once during our eight night stay and so were the bathroom towels.
Beach towels are provided but, as explained when we arrived, these were not changed during our stay. There is however a washing machine and dishwasher which both came in very handy during our time at the villa. The villa is well situated for visiting a number of local beaches but you do need a car.
The local Taverna is about an eight minute down hill walk away. Yes, this does mean that its uphill on the way back - not an easy walk as some of it is up a dirt track and it is quite steep so we couldn't take the babies pushchair via this route. The Taverna delivers food to the villa - we chose this option one night and the food arrived hot and was of a good standard.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our memories of the amazing sunrises and sunsets which can be seen from the villa balconies and terraces will stay with us for a long time to come.
We had a very nice stay at the villa. The villa was exactly as we expected : well located, spacious, clean and the view was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant place and we do not hesitate to recommend it.

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit 5 Erwachsen und zwei Kindern verbracht. Das Haus ist schön groß, hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und einem tollem Außenbereich mit Pool. Der Pool ist etwas separater (über eine Treppe geht es zum Poolbereich), dies war perfekt für den Aufenthalt mit kleinem Kindern. Des Weiteren gab es auf dem Geländer neben zwei weiteren Villen einen Schaukelplatz mit zwei normalen und einer Kleinkindschaukel.
Der Vermieter und seine Tochter waren jederzeit zu erreichen, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Mehrmals in der Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt, die Betten bezogen und Handtücher gewechselt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt.
