Description

This beautiful contemporary villa is located in Lozica, a coastal town just 7km from the famous Dubrovnik Old Town. Its close vicinity to the historic centre makes Lozica a popular residence of Dubrovnik aristocrats who often build their breath-taking summer homes.

Inside Villa Amelie
As you descend from the parking, you will enter an elegant foyer, the central point of a bright, open-concept space spreading over two levels and separated by a marble staircase. The foyer is modern, yet comfortable with soft furnishings and art decorating the walls.

You will find all your health needs met in the fully equipped fitness room next door, where you can keep up with your daily routines while surrounded by luxury.

The lower level is an open-flow space comprised of a chic living room with a 60” TV and a state of the art kitchen with a custom made table for twelve. Food freshly prepared in the kitchen can be served either inside, or on the adjacent shaded terrace with an al fresco dining table for twelve.

Bedrooms
Five double bedrooms are in the villa, sleeping ten guests, while two more can be accommodated on pull-out sofa. Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side, and two separate guest units on the east, secluded and perfect for older kids, friends or staff.

Two of the bedrooms, a master room and a deluxe room, are equipped with a hot tub, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. The bedrooms on the villa’s east side are spacious, and each room has its own shower bathroom.

One room is level with the living room and kitchen, while the other one relishes the views from the highest point of the villa, just above the fitness room. Each bedroom is lavishly and uniquely decorated to create an unforgettable experience during your stay in Villa Amelie.

Outdoors
Sunbathing and swimming are also a special experience at this Dubrovnik holiday villa. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor sofas where you can relax in the Mediterranean sunshine.

If you descend the stone staircase you will find yourself directly on the pebble shores where you can access the sea at your leisure. The pier is also dotted with lounge chairs and you can dock boats up to 15 metres here.
