Description
This villa is very close to the most important places of interest, such as Ostuni, Cisternino, and Alberobello; as well as the Puglia countryside’s natural landscape.
The private garden and pool are at guests’ complete disposal for relaxing outside and winding down at the water’s edge after touring the area. The enclosed garden has fruit trees, an organic vegetable garden and a lemon grove.
The pool can also be heated (available for a fee, upon request at booking).
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It is made up of two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and a third double bedroom on the lower level, which is not connected inside.

Coverage for accidental damage to the property and/or furniture.
You can choose between two options:
1) Purchase the NoDep policy (198 €) to cover damages up to € 5.000,00
or
2) Pay € 15,00 per person as a non-refundable deposit to cover damages up to € 200,00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on your credit card upon arrival of € 1.000,00 as a refundable deposit to cover damages over € 200,00. The refundable security deposit will be returned in 2 working days after check out once verified the condition of the property and its furnishings.
