This luxurious waterfront villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian property. Staffed with a villa host, you will have everything you might need for a truly relaxed vacation.

One of the main highlights of the property for sure are floor to ceiling windows which provide unsurpassed view over the bay and the Peljesac peninsula. Whole property is luxurious and elegant designed and has been equipped using the best of everything, from the outstanding crystal chandeliers, to the finest stone sinks, gorgeous fabrics and contemporary furnishings.

Comfortably designed, open concept living room area and contemporary kitchen open on to an outside terrace and pool area. The living room combines exquisite furniture and artwork mixed with antique pieces from around the Europe. Besides this, a self-contained gym with sauna, and a shower room can also be found on the ground floor.

On the entrance level, two restfully furnished bedrooms with en suite bathrooms can be found off the main entrance hall. Both of mentioned bedrooms can be open onto a large balcony with breathtaking views. On the middle floor, other two bedrooms have large king size beds which can be made into twin single beds.

Large and incredibly light and airy rooms are opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished. Infinity pool with stunning views over the bay is truly a stress-free zone. Below the pool area, one can sunbath on the deck chairs or easily jump on the paddle boards or canoes which is truly one of the advantages of the direct sea access.

Besides this, villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels. A boat and skipper can be hired daily allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.
