Dit moderne vakantiehuis ligt op het eiland Korcula, direct aan de kust. Voor een vakantie met meerdere gezinnen die willen ontspannen met comfort en luxe, is dit de juiste keuze.
Het interieur is smaakvol ingericht en heeft moderne meubels. Het huis bestaat uit drie afzonderlijke verdiepingen met elkaar verbonden door een externe trap. Elke verdieping is volledig ingericht en heeft een terras met prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op zee.
Op de begane grond zijn er drie grote terrassen, elk uitgerust met tuinmeubelen van hoge kwaliteit. Op het eerste terras bevindt zich het zwembad, dat verfrissing biedt op warme dagen.
Beneden vindt u een terras met ligstoelen en een jacuzzi voor 6 personen. Op het derde terras, aan zee, is er een stenen grill en een koelkast. Aan de tafels en banken, gemaakt van hout, kunt u bij elkaar zitten en samen eten. Er is ook een kinderhoek met een kleine tafel en een watertank.
Op de grond achter het huis zijn tafeltennis en darts, waar u een leuke spelavond kunt hebben. Naast het dok en het strand zijn er ook drie kajaks beschikbaar om de omgeving en de vele verborgen baaien te verkennen.
Op het zeeterras kunt u zwemmen en zonnebaden. Binnen enkele minuten kunt u genieten van visspecialiteiten in twee restaurants. Voor de actieve vakantieganger zijn er ook twee open speeltuinen met beachvolleybal, handbal, watersport en minivoetbal.
