De villa ligt op slechts 10 meter van de Adriatische Zee in de Ruzmarin-baai, op ongeveer 1 km afstand van de stad Sumartin op het eiland Brac. Maximaal 14 gasten kunnen worden ondergebracht in 6 luxe ontworpen kamers met eigen badkamer en genieten van alle goederen die deze villa te bieden heeft.
De villa heeft een oppervlakte van 485 vierkante meter en is verdeeld over de begane grond, de mezzanine en de eerste verdieping.
Op de tussenverdieping bevinden zich 3 luxe slaapkamers met kingsize bedden, extra moderne banken en een eigen badkamer. Verder zijn er 3 ruime woonkamers met zitmeubelen en een lcd tv / dvd aanwezig.
Open ruimte terras met overloop, verwarmd zwembad, ontspanningsruimte buiten met hangmat en barbecue op de begane grond.
Moderne keuken en luxe ingerichte eethoek, een grote en-suite slaapkamer met een king-size bed en een eenpersoonsbed zijn ook te vinden op dezelfde verdieping.
Op de eerste verdieping zijn er 2 slaapkamers met kingsize bedden, waarvan één met een extra eenpersoonsbed, en 2 design badkamers met een wit bad. In dit deel van de villa bevinden zich ook een kitchenette en een zitkamer met een lcd-tv / dvd-voorziening. Verder zijn er op deze verdieping 2 terrassen.
Enkele van de meest aansprekende extra's die de villa te bieden heeft zijn verschillende terrassen met loungemeubilair, tafeltennis, hangmat, hottub voor 12 personen, Netflix, biologische groentetuin en privéstrand recht voor de villa.
